Calls will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, generally between 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (we may start at 12 or 1 depending on the session depth, but we’ll communicate that clearly in advance).

Description:

This comprehensive workshop is designed to help business owners — particularly of independent supermarkets and restaurants — build a strong foundation for their QuickBooks Online processes.

Participants will gain practical, hands-on knowledge tailored to their business needs.

Program Inclusions:

  • Understanding bookkeeping basics

  • Structuring and cleaning up the Chart of Accounts

  • Proper QuickBooks Online setup

  • Tracking expenses correctly

  • Managing income and sales (invoice vs. sales receipt)

  • Third-party payment platforms (Uber Eats, Grubhub, merchant processors, Stripe, Square, etc.)

  • Credit card setup and payment workflows

  • Reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, and understanding the numbers)

  • Bank reconciliations

  • Q&A sessions and hot seats

  • Real-time troubleshooting

Investment: $1,750 per person
